2011年ノーベル生理学・医学賞受賞者のスタインマン等によって、リンパ球の一種樹状細胞は免疫の司令塔として極めて重要な働きをしていることが解明されてきました。
樹状細胞はがん細胞からの分子レベルの情報を集め、リンパ球にがん細胞を殺傷する命令を出しています。
樹状細胞は単球から培養できますので、採血によって単球を取り出し、樹状細胞を培養し、そこに癌情報を与えて、その人に最適のがんワクチンを作ります。ワクチンは2週間ごとに腋窩部あるいは鼠径部に皮下注射されます。
当院ではAbe-Vaxという厚労省の認可を得た培養施設の樹状細胞ワクチンを使用しています。これは厚労省未承認薬で、対応する承認薬はありません。

Since Dr. Ralph Steinman, a Novel prize winner for Physiology-Medicine in 2011, started investigating the function of dendric cells, they were found to play a role of immune control tower.
Dendric cells collect much information at the molecular level from the patient’s cancer cells, and order the killing of specific cancer cells by the lymphocytes.
The dendric cells are cultivated from monocytes, a kind of leukocytes, of the blood drawn from the cancer patient, and artificial antigens are mixed, and this dendric cell vaccine is subcutaneously injected to the axillar or the inguinal areas.
Our clinic uses dendric cell vaccine named Abe-Vax.
After blood drawing, it takes 2 weeks to complete this vaccine.

NK(Natura Killer) Cells can kill cancer cells without the specific cancer information.
In this treatment, NK cells are cultured and activated and then administered as an intravenous drip in three doses starting from the day of blood collection + 23 days.
It can be frozen, so you can choose the date.

This NK cells kill cancer cells immediately just after the drip infusion.

オゾン（O3）は、酸素（O2）よりOがひとつ多い気体で、採血した血液にオゾンを接触させると瞬時に反応し、酸素を高濃度含んだ血液（鮮紅色になり静脈血が動脈血のように変化します）に変化します。
この血液を、点滴により体に戻すことで、過酸化水素（H2O2）という活性酸素を発生させ、ビタミンC点滴同様に癌細胞を殺します。同時にO3がO2に変化し、血液中の酸素が増加します。

血流が増加し、体温を上げポカポカしてきます。
オゾン自体が活性酸素なので、体に抗酸化力を増大させます。

Ozone(O3) is a gas, and ozone is contacted with the patient’s blood, dark red color of the blood is immediately changed to fresh red color. Ozone is changed to hydrogen in the blood.

Regenerative medicine is a therapy to regenerate the lacking cells of the body by using many kind of mesenchymal stem cells. Mesenchymal Stem cells in the bone marrow and the fat tissue are primitive cells, and can grow to any cells.

ES cells which are derived from the fetus have an ethical problem. Japanese iPS cells have the possibility of the future cancer risk. Stem cells from the bone marrow and the fat tissue are expensive. Our clinic starts the dental pulp derived stem cell conditioned medium under the guidance of Dr. Minoru Ueda, a prior professor of Nagoya University School of Medicine.
